These are the Detailed Terms of the Partner Program

Immaterial Rights

At Study Japanese we try to respect international laws such as for Immaterial Rights. Therefore, we will not accept material that violate copyright. You may therefore only submit material that you own the immaterial rights for.

StudyJapanese is allowed to publish the submitted material to studyjapanese.org.

Liability

Study Japanese will take no responsibility of the correctness of the information, and does not take any liability for the information published or how the information can be used. We will do our best to provide high quality learning material published under open license forms. We also reserve the rights to correct the lessons if needed, although the ownership will remain with you.

Ending the program 

Both Study Japanese and the Partner School have the right to end the partnership at any time. This should be done through email. At program end, Study Japanese will as soon as possible remove Partner descriptions and if requested also the Learning Materials provided by the partner. 

Referring to Study Japanese Partner Program

The schools enrolled to the partner program are able and encouraged (although not obliged) to refer to being a part of the Study Japanese Partner Program, in any internal or external communication.
