I'm sad to report that Keiko died on Feb. 21, 2010. She simply collapsed, and was dead within an hour. People who were with her say that she was alert and did not seem to be in any pain. It was unfortunately the one morning in almost two years that I wasn't with her; I was sick in bed with a flu or virus.

I am no longer walking the other dogs every day; just once in a while.
